Cornbread Cake


1 c Sugar or 1/2 c Splenda
1 c Brown Sugar or 1/2 c Splenda Brown Sugar
4 Eggs, beaten
1 c Vegetable Oil
1-1/2 c Self-Rising Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
2 c Pecans, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish. Stir together sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and oil in a med bowl until smooth. Stir in flour and vanilla. Add pecans and stir until evenly mixed. Spoon into prepared dish and bake 30-35 min. Serve with dollop of whipped cream or Cool Whip.
